Malcolm Davidson is on the verge of losing it all. After surviving a terrorist explosion on a train during his work commute he is stricken with a terror that haunts him daily.

Plagued with PTSD and fed up with the current meds that do nothing for him he does some research to find alternate methods to cope. This leads him to fringe experimental treatments involving psychedelics. The new methods start extremely promising until the program is shut down.

Malcolm decides to find his ways to continue when another former patient leads him to a new strain of LSD known only as “wake”. Venturing into this world alone he finds that the visions that used to haunt his brain are making their way from his subconscious into the real world and are bringing new monsters with it.

Has Malcolm torn the fabric of reality or is he only plummeting further into his delusions? One thing is for certain... for Malcolm not only is hell real, but it is chasing him wherever he goes.
